BIMVOICE S.R.L. is the data controller for anything described on this page.

What this website does not do

No cookies. No Google Analytics. No Facebook pixel. No fingerprinting. No advertising scripts. Fonts and code are served from bimvoice.com itself, so opening this site sends your data to no third party for tracking purposes. We built it this way on purpose.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Like every web host, Netlify processes your IP address for the technical delivery of the pages and for security, and keeps short lived server logs. Netlify acts as our processor and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not access or analyze these logs to identify visitors.

When you book a call

Call bookings run through TidyCal (by AppSumo, USA). When you book, you give TidyCal your name, email, and the answers you choose to write. We receive that information to prepare and hold the call. We use it for nothing else without asking you. TidyCal's own privacy policy applies to their processing.

When you join the email list

The email list runs on SendFox (by AppSumo, USA). We store your name and email address there and use them to send you emails about openBIM, certification, and BIMvoice training and services. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends. You can also just reply and ask to be removed, which works the same.

When you email us

If you write to petru@bimvoice.com, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful for answering you and for any business relationship that follows. Our email runs on Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland).

If you become a student or client

Then we process what a normal business relationship needs: your name, email, invoicing details, payment records, exam registration data shared with buildingSMART International for your certification, and training progress. We keep invoicing data as long as Romanian law requires. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Links to other platforms

This site links to external platforms: TidyCal, Skool (BIMvoice Academy), YouTube, LinkedIn, GitHub, Podbean, and buildingSMART. When you follow a link, you leave bimvoice.com and the privacy policy of that platform applies. Those links are plain links. Nothing from those platforms is embedded in or loaded by this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy, object to processing, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to petru@bimvoice.com and we will answer within a month. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to your local one.

Changes

If we ever add analytics or anything else that touches visitor data, we will update this page first and add consent where the law requires it. The date at the top always tells you when this page last changed.
